What card types do you accept?
Through PayPal we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Switch/Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

I don't have a PayPal account, what should I do?
You don't need a PayPal account to use the service. When you have completed your order and wish to pay, PayPal acts as a secure Credit Card or Debit Card processor. If you don't wish to set up a PayPal account, then you don't have to.

I don't have a credit card or a debit card, can I still purchase from you?
We also accept UK cheques or Sterling money orders. Simply decide on the images that you want, then email us at orders@grianghraf.com. We will check the price of your order and confirm how much is to be paid and where payment should be sent.

How are the photographs shipped?
Photographs up to 12" x 10" will be packed flat, prints above this size will be supplied in a postal tube.

What countries to you ship to?
At the moment we ship to America, Canada, Ireland, UK, Mainland Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. However this list is constantly under review, and if you live in another country and would like to make a purchase, please contact us on orders@grianghraf.com

What are the shipping costs?
We don't charge for shipping.

How long will it take to process my order?
We use an on-demand business model, once your order is completed we will process the prints. Processing takes up to five days as we use a professional lab, then postage can take up to an additional 2-5 working days. We will despatch the prints to you once your payment has cleared. On orders over £500 we will wait until payment has cleared before ordering your prints.
The service times quoted are given as a guide to average turnaround times, please allow for postal and peak period delays.

Do you provide a framing service?
Currently we are unable to offer this service.

Are the photos available in a matt or a gloss finish?
We provide a gloss finish by default on all images.

Can I order a digital version of the photo?
We only offer print versions of the photographs on this site, however if you wish to commision a work we can provide this as either a print or as a high-resolution digital image. Please contact orders@grianghraf.com if you wish to commision an image.

What is your returns procedure?
If you are unhappy with the quality of the images then you can return them to us and we will issue you with a refund, less costs we have incurred for delivering your order. If you need to get in touch with us about a return then email us at returns@grianghraf.com. If a package has been damaged in transit then please get in touch with us as soon as possible at the same email address.
