Grianghraf is the Irish word for photograph, literally a "drawing from the sun".

Grianghraf Photography was established in 2005 by Paul MacIntyre and Martin Doherty.

Paul has long had a passion for the incredible scenery that Ireland offers and has been an avid photographer for many years.

This collection concentrates on the north of Ireland, and is mainly focused on Derry, an historical city in the North West region. You can read more about the history of this city by clicking on the link "Doire".

Martin is a keen local historian with a true passion for the people and the city of Derry.

With each photograph you can find a summary of the area it was taken in, and some interesting historical facts where these are available.
